I am concerned that Phil is still in business....I called and ordered parts about 2 months ago and never received anything.....so I called and had to leave a message expressing concern that my order was lost in the mail......again I received no reply.....I called a 3rd time and again asked for status as I have been waiting for some necessary engine parts, and again no reply, nothing.....so because of this I got to thinking he had closed shop and now I think I am done with Phil even though he has been very nice and very helpful in the past...if anyone knows differently, or knows why he doesn't fill orders or return calls, then I may reconsider doing business with him again....many thanks all...
