what are the two adjustments on the carb one is on bottom of float bowl looks like a petcock, and the other is above and is on a 45 angle and is a screw with a spring behind it. tractor is running rich and am trying to adjust it properly. Is there a procedure for adjustment? or a base to start at, like turn in and back out so many turns? any help would be great
