I have a cockshutt 30 with hydralics, can someone tell me are there suppose to be pipes running from pump to couplers or hoses?

Hi Rock, look in the Technical Section. There you will find a post on how to look up the parts manual with pictures of the parts and numbers.

I could not find any cockshutt listed there.

They are listed under White. Just select White as manufacturer and enter 30 as the model.

Mine was all original and had hoses running to the couplers. btw I took mine off so I have all the parts
