Brake shoe lining - Where can you get them ??

I would like to change out the brake shoe lining.  Is there a place

that I can get them?  Either buy online or purchase.  Are these the ones that

require riveting to the brake drum ??

If anybody has a description on how to remove I would like to hear about it.
