A couple of questions about the 30/E3 line

Greetings. My first post here. I had been talking and emailing a person who is knowledgeable and sells parts for the Cockshutt tractors, but I am now getting ignored by him, so I'll publicly post here. I apologize ahead of time if these questions are stupid.

I just picked a Gambles Farmcrest with the Buda 4G153 engine. Serial number on it is 30-49-17506. I presume it is a model 30, the year is a '49 and the serial number is 17506? Engine tag says: 4B153    11459? 317780 (the "?" is covered by a rivet. Not sure what it is) Would this be the original engine? The front center strip has been replaced with a COOP strip and is orange instead of red. Would the original front center strip be a "COCKSHUTT", or would it have been plain and said nothing at all?

I will be doing an engine overhaul and a restoration in the next couple of months. Are there any recommendations on where to purchase parts?
