This plough has a label saying "No 6 tractor" so I assume it is a No6 Lister Cockshutt plough.  I am about to paint it.  The codes baffle me so I have a tin of Nuffield orange which looks close to some of the paint I found on it.  The wheels look like they might have been off-white.  How about David Brown off-white?
