Hi. I just recently acquired a Co-op E3 from my grandfather and I would like to know for sure what year it is. I think it's a 1947 but I'm not 100%. The number stamped in the left side of the frame is 5875 G 189. Then there is another number I found that is 5875 K 193. I've seen other examples of co-op serial #s and they seem to have more numbers. Is the numbers I've listed sound close to Co-op/Cockshutt Serial#s? Also, on the engine tag under the 4B153 there's the number 301566. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Your serial # from the Frame is incorrect it is on the left hand frame rail but should read 47 30 and then the numbers as long as it is 46 7 8 9 it will say the year like in my example if its 50 or newer it will just read 30 then your digits
You'll find lots of numbers like that. T, TF, TG, TGO etc. are part numbers. The serial numbers are on the top surface of the left side of the frame. In the area of the large square pocket and the round hole in the side.
