If you find someone in your area that is good with welding Cast Iron you could try and fix the old one first. They need to pre-heat the manifold before welding in an oven then post heat and allow it to cool slowly to do the repair right.

welded with a ni-cast rod,seems to work well.
i had some cast built up with tig and ni-cast rod it was fine.
