Adding Hydraulics to a 40

Hi, I have a Cockshutt 40 with a gas engine and I would like to add hydraulics to the tractor.  Does anybody know where I can find all the parts to add hydraulics? Is this an easy add on? Did the factory hydraulics have more then one or line or were there two lines for two way cylinders? Also were there more then one valve so you use more then one cylinder? If anybody has any pictures or drawings of the hydraulic system this would be a great help. Thanks. Eric

the 40s had hydraulic pumps built in,but only if equipped with a 3 point hitch.mine uses a pump that hangs on the pto shaft.
i pulled the trans cover off to see what goes on inside there,as it had the pump control lever.
no pump.if the three point was installed,i could have connected into the hydraulic circuit and added controls.
i want to use my pto and run hydraulics at the same time,i will need to find a way to run a pump from another source.
possibly off the govenor shaft.

I have one with a hydraulic pump but no 3 point hitch. Haven't got the chance to tear it all apart yet but it looks like the resivour is mounted in front of the radiator.
Have seen 40's with a resivor in front of the seat and also had a 3 point hitch.
