I've got one hanging on my wall (not for sale) that I could send you the dimensions if you want to make one. It's just round stock with a pin in the end.   Tony

here's the specs (lengths are to centerline) 7/8 round stock. from end to first bend is 25 3/8.  next length is 9 3/4 center to center. last section is 5&5/8 from end to c/l.  the cross pin is 3/8 diameter and 1.820 long. I realize this might be confussing so if you can't figure it out let me know and I can draw a blueprint and send it to you.   Tony  (thecoopkid@gmail.com)

Thanks for the info, if you can draw a sketch that would be good.

As Jason has said cross drill the crank and drive the pin in. Hopefully Tony will reply with how far in from the end of the crank to drill the hole.

Just draw a diagram please. Yes this is what I was asking to know how far off the end I need to drill hole.
I'm sure using hollow tubingwill work fine to...

I would make a crank and seat it in the crankshaft pulley then mark where the notch is in the pulley for the pin and drill the hole there.

I wonder if hollow tubing will be strong enough to not twist and to have enough strentgh where the pin is to not rip out......

the leading edge of the hole is very close to the end of the crank.....1/8 in. or so
