hello guys and gals, new member here, i have inherited an E3 from my grandfather who has since passed away, he was a huge fan of the co-op and massey harris tractors. I'm overwhelmed by the memories that I have from the day he taught me to operate the tractor to the days he about busted my butt for doing dumb things with it. the tractor sits in the barn with one tire down (rusted rim) rear seals leak, and the starter doesn't seem to work (Ive hand cranked it since the day he gave it to me) but now Ive hit 29 years old and while Im still young single and have a job I am starting to research parts, forums, how-to's and information on my E3. I want to restore it to as close to factory showroom condition as I can before it gets in a shape that cant be fixed, Id like to pass it on to my kid one day and share the stories with him. any-who thats the nutshell why I'm here, hope to learn lots.
