The way prices are these days, would $20-25k be reasonable for one that is well restored? Especially if it were a factory one like a model 30? Heard there are only 2 of those but several 40's around amongst some collectors. Noticed 30's really stand out compared to a tank on the 40's. One collector in MI found one at a show but had been converted to gasoline and no lp parts except serial no. Probably a lot of them were scrapped or put back to gas.
I think that would be a reasonable price for a 30 that is well restored. I would consider one in that price range if i could find one that was for sale.
calld about a nice 50 on craigslist and its a guy that has decals in eastern ohio can't afford teh 50 right now but talkd with him and sure got a lot of info on cocshutts mentioned he had an lp and some other rare 20 from down soouth and was thinking of selling them to some coollectorsts its a fellwo namd keith and has the decals do u no him am on the road and cant look his site up on y cheap phone thought his price was sort of hi but after seeing what rare johndeeres bring iy sounds easonable am new to this stuff so wasnt sure hope this helps gene
