Hi folks, just came across this forum while researching some info on Cockshutt tractors... my Pop(rip) ran a Cockshutt dealership when I was young kid and I'd like to find an older small acreage sized tractor to restore, wife and I moved onto an old farmstead a few years ago so Ive been collecting garden tractors but would like something just a bit bigger for a pull type rough cut mower, small 3pt cultivator and perhaps a front snowplow. Cant say I have alot of experience or knowledge about farm tractors but I grew up in a small sask farming community so Im not a complete dummy. I think the body style I'd prefer would be from the 40s/50s, rounded hood, all red with yellow lettering, but I dont if those would have a live pto or hydro 3pt... or much else about them, I just like the style.

So.. Im just here looking for info, suggestions, pics, anything you have to offer. My experience in restoration is also pretty limited but for example I'll ad a pic of my favorite little project.. got this Bolens from an uncle about 25 yrs ago, it isnt all original but I cleaned it up just last fall.
